Last night was my 2nd stay here, 1st time was on the way home in April. It is a beautiful, peaceful place. I really like that it's owned & operated by a woman and she obviously loves animals to boot, so I support her whole heartedly. Next time I will have to try the pizza! It's worth the few miles off 36. Oh yah, I'll be back."

Great RV park! We pull a 42' 5th wheel with a semi tractor and we had no problem getting in and out. This place has a very special vibe. It's a special place with the friendly barnyard animals and the wonderful cat and dogs around the park office.The owner Terri is very considerate, helpful, and makes a great pizza. Seriously, great pizza.If you're thinking about stopping in our around St Joseph MO. You should definitely check this place out. We'll be back"

We had a problem with our RV and on short notice they made themselves available and provided excellent, fast and courteous help. We spent one night and arranged for our rig to be repaired. If for no other reason, they get 5 stars for being very very helpful and responsive .. I hope in the future we have an opportunity to spend more time there."

It was a very friendly and welcoming place my hubby and i enjoyed our stay with the 2 fur babies ,the area was beautiful they had a lived concert which was one of the best i have attended he was excellent!!!! Terri went above and beyond to make us feel appreciated and welcomed the pizza place was very good food be sure and order they have ice cream several pizzas types. Limited soda so if you need milk, eggs or snacks get them before you arrive .great 2 fishing ponds, love the animals on the farm there kids and even dogs love them, have games to play pretty sweet its just a great place to relax and enjoy family time which is what it's all about price very reasonable ,very clean showers and bathrooms really just loved Terri she is a worker !!!!! Love the ROUP'S"

TWonderful area. Large campsites with full amenities. The owners were super sweet, helpful, and knowledgeable. While we were there they had a band but it was far enough away from the camper that we couldn't hear it which made getting the little to bed so much easier. Loved the walking trails just wished other campers would respect the walking part and not drive their golf carts along them. Not the owners fault but did detract from the quietness and peaceful feeling of our hike."

Very nice facility! Owner is super nice! Not a lot of shade but we still had a blast! It was quiet and very clean! Pizza at the pizzeria was delicious and super nice for the first night at set up when we didn’t want to cook something! Highly recommend this place!"

We have been here for 3 weeks now. Being in the pipeline industry I have traveled all over the country staying in RV Parks, I have never felt so welcomed anywhere we’ve been! Miss Teri and her staff are so wonderful to everyone here, and are always willing to do anything to help you at any given time!!! I am so glad my wife and I found this place and so grateful and blessed to be here for a long period of time and be surrounded y wonderful and caring people! And the RV park is very well maintained and so beautiful, I very highly recommend this park to anyone!!!"

Loved our stay there. Very nice owner and manager. We were there 4th of July weekend, and they had bands 2 nights, with firework afterwards. There was plenty of room for social distancing. Restrooms and showers were very clean. The pizza from the onsite pizzaria was really good. We did have a fireworks incident that was handled quickly and with understanding. We were told the rules up front when purchasing the fireworks. We set off what we thought was a regular fountain, which was allowed due to the holiday weekend, but what actually had things that shot out of it (not allowed). The manager came and spoke with us, and was very gracious in accepting our explanation and apology. A lot of other places we would have been asked to leave or harassed all weekend. Not so here. We are already talking about when we can schedule a return trip."

We are so glad we made time in our trip to spend a few days here. It was so quiet and everything was well taken care of and neat. Definitely showed pride in ownership. Hubby caught some good sized fish and we actually enjoyed watching the minor road repair that happened. There is a variety of animals to enjoy and lots of nice trails. The bathrooms and laundry were very clean and in good repair. We plan to return next year for an extended stay! Thanks Terri and Carol!"

Awesome experience! We had to extend our trip one day, called and they said that it was no problem. When we arrived, late and in pouring rain, Carol met us at the door and greeted us with a warm smile! The campsite was easy to find, easy to hook up and set up. The showers, which was a big priority for us, we're amazing. Nice hot water, big shower and great water pressure. The whole park is nicely groomed and very quiet. We enjoyed listening to the crickets after the rain showers. Slept like babies. Took a nice walk around the grounds. Our only suggestion is to build another shower house at the end of the grounds so we don't have to walk as far to them. We were greeted by the pony on our way out, and enjoyed looking at the other animals. Will definitely be back and will recommend this place to others!"
